By the Week

Below, you'll see a summation of every type of activity I logged in 2017, organized by week. At a glance, you can see how much work I did in week 31, how much basketball I played in week 42, and much more.

The Averages

Bear with me, this one's the confusing one. It's also the most succinct, and packs the most analytical information. What you see below to the left compares my logged activities to the weeks they were organized into. The table shows which week incorporated the most gym-time, which week comes the closest to my average misc. learning time, etc. On the right, you'll see something like 7hr54min11sec. That turns out to be the amount of time I have left to my own devices, when I'm not at school, sleeping, showering, eating, driving, etc - aka, about the average time I've tracked daily. And the time listed beside each category is the average amount of time I've spent on that task throughout the year, if it was condensed into a single day. This distribution was my ultimate goal in tracking my daily schedule for a year - how do I spend my average day? It turns out that the answer required lots of data, and even more data analysis.

Breakdown of Sports

The title's self-explanatory. The table below answers the questions, "how much time did I spend walking my dog this year?" and "what percentage of my exercising time was spent in the gym?" among others. My goal for 2018 is to expand these breakdowns into other categories - how is my entertainment time distributed? What about the work I do outside of school?
